Actually, every President since Lincoln (the dictator) has gone outside of their LIMITED constitutional authority, and even farther back than that, but certainly not so with Jefferson. Oh, to have another Jefferson, oh wait we have Ron Paul, to bad most Baptists as well as other “Christians” won’t vote for him in the primaries since they think he is anti-Israel, when our government handouts are what’s hurting them! Paul 2012!!
